Asian Dumplings Book Workshop

In this workshop we'll make Chinese Jao Zi dumplings from scratch. We'll make dough, fillings (one veg, one meat), dipping sauces. We'll shape, cook, and eat dumplings together, and you have the option of going home with the book, which is full of other dumplings styles and recipes.
