Michelle Polzine's book is a true gift. Not only does she give you recipes that she took years to perfect, but she is patient and wise teacher. Desserts that might have seemed impossible are made attainable.  Let's prove it together by making her iconic Russian Honey Cake. With burnt honey, dulce de leche,and 10 cake layers, this cake might seem daunting but,  let's see. I think we can do it!  We'll also sample her recipe for knishes, Robin's absolute favorite, and talk about why you should read this book thoroughly.  Book included with workshop.
