Le Sud Book Workshop

In this workshop we'll explore the food and culture of Southern France through the lens of this book. We'll make an "apero hour" to start, followed by the perfect roast chicken, vegetable Tian and herb salad for a main, and dessert. We'll eat together and you'll have the option of getting the book.
