Pasta Grannies Book Workshop

Every granny in Italy has her own pasta recipe! In this class we'll cover the fundamentals of making pasta so you can go home ready to make your own. We'll make dough, hand-shape pasta, make sauce, and we'll eat together. Book included with class.
