Tartine A Classic Revisited

I've been following the Tartine original book forever. Their pie dough is my pie dough. I also lived just three blocks aways for a decade and I absolutely miss their morning buns to this day. The first edition of the book didn't have morning buns, but this one does and we're gonna make them.  We'll also talk pie dough and dive further into the book.
