About the event
We adore this smart, unique, new book. The approach of this book is to make you comfortable using all the ingredients in your pantry. By profiling 58 global pantry items, and then offering recipes that feature them, this book is a powerful teaching tool. It's also a beautiful book and a must have for your collection. Join me for a class where we'll dive into the book, how to use it and make and taste a variety of recipes. Suitable for vegetartians and vegans, though we may also feature some optional meat based ingredients.
