The brilliant Thierry Forestier left the IT world in 2002 to change his life and start farming. He makes some of the most delicious, hidden-gem wines in southern France, mostly from Grenache. 'Salve Ager' has a tiny bit of Cinsault in it, giving it a spicy edge, but this is classic Grenache: dark red fruits like plums and boysenberries with a floral kick.
