Teishoku Set Meal Class with IPPAI

Chef Jane Hashimawari of Porltand's Japanese pop-up, IPPAI, is coming to teach Teishoku, a traditional Japanese "Set Meal" which includes rice, soup, and a variety of side dishes. An intimate demo style class, we'll cook and eat together and you'll go home ready to make your own Teishoku set!
